She has all of the evidence in the world to support her case. Phone calls to 911, text messages, pictures, video, and witnesses. What else can you ask for? Do you want him to literally go up in front of a judge and get drunk and scream at her?
She also was granted a restraining order. Meaning a judge who knows all of the evidence believes she’s in danger. That should show you that she has a strong case against him.
